UNCONDITIONAL PERFORMANCE WARRANTY

All Cartridge Savers, Inc. Remanufactured Cartridges are unconditionally guaranteed to perform to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) standards.

Any Cartridge Savers Remanufactured Cartridges found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one (1) year from date of purchase will be replaced at no cost.

We further guarantee that the Remanufactured Cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any fax or printer for which the cartridge was intended. Cartridge Savers will repair any fax or printer that is damaged by a Cartridge Savers product. If a Cartridge Savers product did not cause damage, normal service rates are to prevail. Cartridge Savers will remunerate you for the full amount of any and all service, product and/or repair charges if performed by an outside vendor with proper documentation, including how the product damaged the fax or printer and repairs completed. Cartridge Savers’ liability under these guarantees shall be limited to the remuneration as stated above.

SELLER HEREBY EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL OTHER REPRESETATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AND EXPERSSLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THESE GOODS OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Seller shall be not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. All goods are shipped upon condition that Buyer accepts these terms. These terms supersede all prior oral or written terms or representations and may be waived or modified only by a writing signed by an officer of the Seller.
